Re-glaze service for your glasses.
This is the process whereby the optical laboratory technician will put new lenses into your existing frames! Whether you’ve scratched your lenses or simply required a changed prescription, you don’t need to buy new glasses if your old frames are still in good condition.
Your order will be immediately analysed and then processed by our team of optical professionals, which include a qualified Optometrist and dispensing optician. Glasses are sent via Royal Mail or courier service, depending on your choice. International rates are also available.

UK DELIVERY:
Delivery time is usually 7 to 10 working days from the point your frames are received by ourselves. Complex orders could take longer. If you request a ‘Tracking Reference’ it will be sent to you via email.
The cost of Special Next Day Delivery is; £7.95.
A signature will be required on receipt. If you are unavailable to accept your package, the delivery driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how and where to collect your package or arrange re-delivery. With special next day delivery service your goods are completely insured against any loss during transit/delivery. For re-glaze orders, we always recommend you use ‘Special next day delivery’ service to ensure your frames are insured against any loss or damage during transit.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY [Outside U.K]:
If you request a ‘Tracking Reference’ it will be sent to you via email.
International delivery time is approximately one to two weeks worldwide and usually within one week for Europe based deliveries from the point your frames are received for re-glaze.
When you place an order you have an option to specify a specific delivery address, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as deliveries are only made between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, according to normal procedure, it will automatically be passed on to the local/national postal service of the recipient country.
If you are unavailable when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how and where to collect your package or arrange re-delivery.

Note: It is at the customer’s own risk if the frame is unable to withstand the high temperatures during the re-glaze process and subsequently break. Especially older plastic frames which tend to develop minute hairline fractures that are more susceptible to cause a frame breakage during this process.
In any event, this is an unlikely occurrence as all our lenses are refitted by experienced, qualified laboratory technicians using the latest Optical glazing machinery to an extremely high standard and to the same quality you would expect from your local Optician.
Note: We cannot refund or exchange the cost of any re-glazed product (lenses or any additional coatings) as this is a tailor made/customised item, unless the lenses have a manufacturing defect.
